With more than four decades of leadership in business development, operations, and product innovation, Mike combines a lifelong passion for soccer with a proven record of entrepreneurial success.

As the founder of Sports Synergies Corp, he leads with a vision shaped by experience in both business and sport. His goal is to create technology that simplifies how organizations operate, strengthens community engagement, and helps the game continue to grow at every level.
​
A bilingual entrepreneur and longtime business owner, Mike has contributed to the soccer community as a player, coach, official, and executive board member. He continues to play in the SASL and serves as Treasurer of the Connecticut State Soccer Association as well as a U.S. Soccer delegate.

Based in Stamford, Connecticut, Mike enjoys family, golf, and the camaraderie that sport brings to life.
Ray Luening
Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer
Ray brings more than 30 years of leadership across finance, operations, and technology, guiding companies through growth and digital transformation. His career has centered on helping technology-driven organizations build scalable systems, strong financial foundations, and sustainable profitability.

As Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Sports Synergies Corp, Ray combines strategic foresight with technical expertise to design the financial and digital frameworks that drive the company’s mission. His background as a player, coach, and community advocate informs a leadership style rooted in teamwork, discipline, and service.

Beyond the company, Ray plays an active role in civic and community leadership within his state, contributing to causes that strengthen engagement and opportunity. A dedicated runner and lifelong sports fan, he draws energy and perspective from the same principles that shape his work: focus, endurance, and commitment to growth.

Based in Tampa, Florida, Ray continues to champion innovation that connects people, strengthens organizations, and advances the role of sport in modern life.
